Speechify is looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and maintain the technical systems that power its outbound motion, including lead enrichment, sequencing, and AI-powered personalization. The ideal candidate has experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a technical lean and has built outbound systems from scratch.
Requirements
- Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
- Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
- You think in funnels and measure everything — pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity are metrics you track obsessively
