What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional discovery workshops and conduct deep-dive stakeholder interviews.
- Conduct user research and synthesize findings into structured lifecycle and workflow models.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and breakdowns to propose innovative solutions.
- Design operational workflows and intuitive UX/UI interfaces specifically within Figma Make.
- Ensure all design outputs are cleanly structured for seamless ingestion into Emergent/AI tools.
- Collaborate with AI Leads and Integration Leads to validate the technical feasibility of designs.
- Advocate for usability and adoption within complex B2B environments.
- Translate qualitative insights into clear, actionable requirements and flows.
What You'll Bring
- Advanced experience in UX/UI design for heavy-duty operational or enterprise workflows.
- Mastery of process mapping and journey mapping techniques.
- Proficiency with design tools, specifically Figma Make and Miro.
- A strong "systems awareness" of CRM, CPQ, and ERP environments.
- The ability to identify AI-enabled workflow opportunities while respecting data constraints.
- Proven track record of creating implementation-ready designs that require minimal rework.
- Excellent workshop facilitation skills and the ability to align stakeholders.
- A senior consultant profile with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
