We're building the SaaS platform that runs HR, payroll and pension for hundreds of Israeli companies — and we're growing fast.

We're looking for a hands-on engineering leader who wants to do something genuinely new: lead a small team of senior developers working alongside AI coding agents.


Job Description

  • Lead a small team of senior developers (and AI agents).
  • Set the bar on code reviews, PRs, and development standards.
  • Run daily stand-ups, planning and status; own delivery.
  • Mentor and grow team members.
  • Orchestrating AI coding agents alongside senior engineers — review, trust, production safety.
  • Partnering with the CTO on architecture and technical direction.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Computer Science / Computer Engineering or graduate of leading technological units.
  • 7+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • Prior team lead / tech lead experience
  • Strong, extensive background in full-stack development in a leading frameworks on both Back-End and Front-End.
  • Proven ability to rapidly learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Highly organized, excellent quality & timely deliveries discipline.
  • Self-managed and flexible to changes.
  • True team player.
