We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior React Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in React development and a strong grasp of User Experience (UX) Design principles. As a Senior React Developer, you will collaborate closely with backend developers and designers to deliver visually appealing, user-focused, and highly interactive applications. 🧠 Key Requirements

• Develop and maintain advanced front-end applications using React.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Lead the UX design process for new features and enhancements, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate design concepts and user requirements into high-quality code and user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback to team members, and ensure adherence to best practices in front-end development.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.
• Integrate front-end components with backend services and APIs, ensuring consistency and reliability through collaboration with backend developers.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and improvements in design and development.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on front-end development and UX design best practices.
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with TypeScript and/or other JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
• Knowledge of animation libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP to enhance user interactions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools and techniques to evaluate design and functionality.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering and/or static site generation for React applications.
• Experience with AWS CloudFront, AWS Amplify, and S3 Buckets.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, React Router).
• Proven experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design principles, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, advanced CSS with SASS/SCSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/Yarn.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices, including usability, accessibility, and mobile-first design.
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility and responsive web design.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
