Senior Salesforce Developer / Administrator

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator to own and enhance our Salesforce platform. This individual will serve as the primary Salesforce expert, responsible for building custom solutions, supporting users, and partnering with business teams to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Platform Ownership

• Act as the primary owner and administrator of the Salesforce environment
• Maintain system performance, data integrity, and overall platform health
• Ensure proper configuration, security, and access controls

Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Build and maintain workflows, automations, and business processes using Salesforce Flows
• Customize objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts to support business needs

Business Partnership & Process Improvement

• Collaborate with Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and identify process improvements
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Drive automation of manual processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

User Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, troubleshooting system issues and resolving defects
• Manage system enhancements, updates, and change requests
• Train users and provide guidance on best practices

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance
• Support leadership with data-driven decision-making tools

Integrations & Systems

• Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs
• Ensure data consistency and reliability across integrated platforms

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (administration and development)
• Strong experience with:
• Apex development
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce Flows and automation
• Experience building and supporting integrations using APIs
• Strong understanding of data management, security, and governance in Salesforce
• Proven ability to support users and troubleshoot system issues
