Senior Software Engineer with a backend/ infra focus

This is a chance to join a large private equity firm with investments in properly across Europe (and further).

For too long they've been reliant on utilising SaaS solutions to manage their portfolio.

Now they're building the software internally, with a plan to grow and build as a standalone company.

The engineering team sits at the intersection of real estate, investment, and product - building the internal tools that make the whole operation run. Think asset and portfolio management platforms, ESG dashboards, investor and tenant portals, deal analysis tools and CRM integrations.

The technical work is genuinely interesting. It's a real chance to work in a start-up style environment with the financial backing of a larger Private Equity company. There's lots to build, you'll get the autonomy to work how you like to work and get creative with the solutions. They have a solid 3 year roadmap and the 'runway' for this project is infinite as it's re-shaping how the core business operates.

Ideal profile: 4/5+ years of full-stack TypeScript experience (Node/NestJS/React/Next.js), strong systems design thinking, and someone who thrives in a smaller team. PropTech, fintech or real estate exposure is a bonus, but not essential.
