- 5+ years of professional experience as an ERP Software Engineer.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Strong experience working within IBM i / AS400 environments.
- Hands-on experience with RPG (RPG III, RPG IV, or ILE RPG) development and maintenance.
- Experience working with CL (Control Language) for scripting, automation, and system operations.
- Strong experience working with DB2 for i / AS400 databases, including queries, stored procedures, and data migration.
- Ability to read, understand, troubleshoot, and maintain legacy RPG and CL codebases.
- Familiarity with Java-based ERP systems or enterprise Java applications.
- Experience supporting ERP modernization or migration initiatives.
- Understanding of enterprise workflows, business-critical systems, and data migration strategies.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows, agentic programming, or AI integration is a plus.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
