  • Validate data integrity, system integrations, and backend workflows
  • Identify, document, and track bugs through issue tracking systems
  • Collaborate closely with developers to investigate issues and verify fixes
  • Perform regression testing to ensure system stability across releases
  • Contribute to test automation where applicable, particularly for API and backend testing
  • Suggest improvements to testing processes, tools, and quality practices

Requirements

  • Analytical thinking with strong problem-spotting skills
  • Advocacy for quality in every stage of the process
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence
  • Passion for process improvement and raising testing standards
  • User-focused, with a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Strong communicator and collaborative team player
  • Fluency in English and Greek (both written and verbal)

Skills & experience we need:

  • 2+ years of prior QA/testing experience
  • Knowledge of structured testing methods and procedures
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools
  • Experience in testing both web and mobile applications
  • Experience with version control systems (git) and issue tracking tools (e.g., ClickUp)

Nice to have:

  • Postman scripting experience
  • ISTQB certification
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and challenges
