What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Agile Technical Lead to contribute in a project with one of our global customers in wealth management.

Requirements

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of digital account opening flows within an Agile (Scrum) squad.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, microservices, middleware) and system architecture.
• Proven experience managing and delivering complex projects in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban).
• Solid understanding of digital channels (web/mobile), customer journeys, and UX/UI best practices.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of digital solutions in collaboration with architecture teams.
• Act as the technical reference for the squad, supporting decision-making and removing technical blockers.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (business, product, UX, QA) to deliver customer‑centric solutions.
• Manage Agile Scrum ceremonies for the squad (Planning, Daily, Sprint Review, Demo).
