The Role

AI is being trained on engineers like you. Frontier AI labs pay senior software engineers, backend engineers, frontend engineers, machine learning engineers, DevOps engineers, SREs, and data engineers to review AI-generated code, run live coding sessions, and identify where the reasoning breaks down.

What you'll do

- Review AI-generated pull requests the same way you'd review a teammate's code

- Walk through real debugging sessions on production-grade scenarios

- Evaluate system design decisions and identify where AI reasoning falls apart

- Build training examples that reflect how experienced engineers actually think

Who we're looking for

- Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, Mobile, or ML Engineer (2+ years experience)

- Or DevOps, Platform, SRE, or Data Engineer with production experience

- UK-Based

- Comfortable reading, reviewing, and explaining code

- Strong written communication in English
