What's the Job?
- Lead reliability engineering initiatives across Salesforce production environments supporting essential business and operational processes
- Drive operational stability, platform resiliency, and service reliability improvements
- Support centralized observability initiatives by consolidating monitoring and operational tooling into unified platforms
- Define and improve SLA/SLO frameworks, service health metrics, and operational governance processes
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce platform teams, cloud engineering, integration teams, and business stakeholders to ensure platform reliability
- Extensive Salesforce platform expertise within enterprise production environments
- Experience operating in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Production Support, or Platform Reliability functions
- Deep understanding of reliability engineering concepts including SLA/SLO frameworks, incident management, and operational governance
- Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace, or similar
- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
