What You’ll Do

  • Build real products end-to-end: Take features from idea to production — backend, frontend, and everything in between
  • Own the experience: Develop APIs in Go and interfaces in React that are fast, reliable, and intuitive
  • Ship fast, iterate faster: Work in a startup environment where speed and learning matter
  • Work close to the product: Contribute to product decisions, not just implementation
  • Keep things simple and scalable: Write clean, maintainable code and avoid unnecessary complexity
  • Integrate systems: Work with REST/GraphQL APIs, auth flows, and external services
  • Operate what you build: Deploy, monitor, and improve systems in production
  • Leverage AI in development: Use tools like Claude Code to accelerate development, debugging, and iteration
  • Support users when needed: Help investigate issues, respond to incidents, and improve reliability based on real usage

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience building products in startup environments
  • Strong skills in Golang (backend) and React (frontend)
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development (e.g., Claude Code or similar tools)
  • Solid fundamentals in software engineering and system design
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and API development (REST/GraphQL)
  • Familiarity with Docker and cloud environments (AWS is a plus)
  • Experience handling production issues / user support / debugging real-world problems
  • Pragmatic mindset: you know when to go deep and when to keep it simple
  • Team player with clear communication and ownership
