What you'll do
- Own the architecture and day-to-day operation of ServiceNow and Atlassian Jira platforms, including Service Management
- Design and deliver integrations between ServiceNow, Jira, and CMDB using APIs, webhooks, and integration tooling
- Drive data integrity across incidents, changes, and asset inventory, with particular focus on CMDB governance
- Lead platform upgrades, performance tuning, and workflow optimisation across engineering and operations teams
What you need
- Strong track record (10+ years) owning ServiceNow and Jira in an enterprise environment
- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with Jira and CMDB at scale
- Solid grasp of ITIL and service management workflows (incident, change, problem)
- Hands-on technical ability with scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell), REST APIs, and integration platforms
