BACKEND / FULL STACK ENGINEER – SPORTS AI PLATFORM

• AI-driven sports & betting platform
• Building real-time chatbots, commentary, and audio products
• Hybrid – Waterloo, London (3 days onsite)
• Up to £100k + bonus + private medical

We’re working with a growing AI-driven sports company building real-time, data-heavy products across the sports ecosystem.

They’re looking for Backend & Full Stack Engineers to help build AI chatbots, commentary/audio engines, and multi-agent systems. It’s a highly product-focused environment where Engineers help shape what gets built, not just how it’s built.

The current stack includes Python, PostgreSQL, React/Next.js, AWS, and Docker. However, they’re flexible on background and open to Engineers coming from Node.js or other backend stacks if fundamentals are strong.

A genuine interest in sports is important - particularly football or basketball - as their core products are built around live sports experiences.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Strong Backend or Full Stack engineering experience
• Product mindset and collaborative approach
• Experience building scalable applications or systems
• Cloud/API experience
• Genuine interest in sports
