Primarily responsible for driving business growth of the enterprise segment through expansion of new logos and strategic enterprise markets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
- Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
- Responsible for conducting various sales activities such as prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities, and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota.
- Maintain quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts.
- Set sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies.
- Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries.
- Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management, ECE, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Mass Communications or Computer Science
- At least 5 years of IT Sales Management/Business Development experience
- With above-average desktop skills
- With strong written and verbal communication skills
- Very good negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities, all while maintaining a deep understanding of their industry and customer needs
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent networking abilities
- Keen understanding of customer needs
- Excellent leadership qualities
