Accountable for achieving assigned sales targets through effective acquisition of new accounts and retention of existing client portfolios Responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and endorsing client proposals within approved actuarial and pricing guidelines Ensures accurate recommendation of pricing strategies, benefit packages, and account solutions to support successful closure or renewal of accounts Accountable for negotiating and finalizing terms with clients to secure new and renewed business relationships Responsible for the preparation, validation, and submission of complete and accurate client proposals and supporting documents Ensures all documentation is properly reviewed and endorsed to relevant internal departments (Actuarial, Underwriting, QRFT, Account Management Support) Accountable for coordinating client engagement activities including meetings, presentations, and negotiations Ensures timely escalation of pricing, benefit, or account-related concerns for proper resolution Maintains strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure contract compliance and service alignment Responsible for ensuring strict adherence to KYC requirements and organizational governance standards Ensures contracts and account management processes comply with regulatory and internal policies Accountable for preparing and submitting accurate and timely reports including sales performance reports, activity updates, DNR lists, P&L reports, and utilization reports for clients or brokers
