Key Responsibilities

  • Drive freight revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and account expansion
  • Manage the end-to-end freight cycle from booking to delivery or container withdrawal
  • Prepare and present competitive quotations, with timely follow-ups to secure bookings
  • Process and complete Shipper’s Agreement Forms (SAF) for clients requesting credit terms
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Operations, Land Transport, Finance, and Data teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support Finance in resolving Accounts Receivable (A/R) issues, especially overdue accounts
  • Actively acquire new clients (minimum of 4 new accounts per month)
  • Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and generate repeat business
  • Provide market intelligence including customer feedback and competitor insights to management

  • Recommend improvements to sales processes, policies, and practices
  • Maintain a strong customer-first mindset (internal and external)
  • Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and continuous learning
  • Support team goals through collaboration and professionalism
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of company information
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Embody and promote the company’s core values


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
  • At least 5 years of sales experience (any industry)
  • Minimum 2 years in supply chain or logistics sales
  • Proven track record in corporate/B2B sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Sales Engineers are welcome to apply
