We support brands end-to-end, helping them enter new markets through digital breakthroughs, brand/product launches, media engagement, and influencer activations.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Muntinlupa City, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
As an Account Manager, you will be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams—building strong relationships, driving seamless project delivery, and helping turn ideas into work that moves the needle. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with business objectives.
Day to day, you will manage timelines, budgets, briefs, and deliverables while partnering closely with creatives, strategists, production teams, and external stakeholders. You will keep projects flowing, solve problems before they escalate, and make sure every piece of work is executed with excellence. Beyond delivery, you will also spot opportunities to grow accounts, strengthen partnerships, and bring added value to every engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven strength in client relationship management, account management, and customer service
- Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, and timeline management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of events, production, digital marketing, social media, and branding
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track, measure, and report campaign performance
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in client servicing or account management is an advantage
- Highly organized, solutions-driven, and confident in managing multiple projects at once
- A natural people person who can build trust, align teams, and keep momentum moving
