The Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and on-ground events according to client objectives. This role serves as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (Marketing, Creatives, Procurement), ensuring client satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Address client needs proactively and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Account & Project Oversight
  • Manage end-to-end account deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Oversee campaign execution, including marketing activities, creatives, and on-ground events.
  • Ensure quality control and consistency across all client-facing deliverables.
  • Financial Accountability
  • Monitor account budgets, billing, and collections.
  • Prepare invoices and track account profitability.
  • Report on financial performance of assigned accounts.
  • Business Development Support
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of client pitch decks and proposals.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for client campaigns.
  • Internal Coordination & Communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable briefs for internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate alignment meetings to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Reporting & Insights
  • Prepare weekly and monthly client performance reports.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Track KPIs to ensure accounts meet performance targets.
  • Continuous Learning & Innovation
  • Stay updated on marketing, branding, and industry trends relevant to client accounts.
  • Recommend innovative ideas to enhance client campaigns and events.
  • Contribute to process improvements for greater efficiency in account management.
