Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Makati, for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, understanding customer requirements, and providing exceptional support to foster long-term engagement. Regular reporting and collaboration with internal teams to improve services and address customer needs are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven ability in account management, including identifying opportunities, upselling, and meeting revenue targets
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and technology, with knowledge of data analytics being advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing personal responsibilities independently
- Experience in the SaaS or technology industry preferred
- Understanding of fleet management or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
