Your Impact
- Support the strategic plan and manage the achievement of overall sales plan and key business goals
- Develop and control partner sales performance in line with brand building guidelines
- Oversee the execution and preparation of seasonal product forecasts for all relevant accounts
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to ensure strategic marketing requirements are executed, included key priorities are executed on time and in plan
- Develop and maintain productive and professional relationships with peers, superiors, auditors and represent the company in a positive manner at all times
Who You Are
- You have superior communication and negotiation skills
- You’re comfortable with travelling in the region and internationally in line with business needs
- You are able to prepare and present information for stakeholders at all levels
- You are passionate about the UGG brand
- Strong national Sales/Marketing experience
- Selling experience within footwear / fashion lifestyle is highly beneficial
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Full, valid driving licence
