Key account sales manager - Zoomlion AWP


JD:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for aerial work platforms (AWP) to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts (rental companies, construction enterprises, industrial clients, distributors, etc.).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with major customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing feedback to HQ and product teams.
  • Collaborate with the after-sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer support.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Travel frequently within the assigned territory for customer visits and business development.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Aerial Work Platform (AWP) industry.
  • Proven experience working for AWP manufacturer (OEM background required).
  • Strong, well-established relationships with major rental companies and key accounts in Germany.
  • In-depth understanding of fleet sales, rental business models, and key account management.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving high-value sales targets within the AWP sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
  • English as a working language is required.
