We have a need for an experienced, highly organized, and energetic Junior Account Manager who is hungry for growth. This is a position that is growth focused on opportunities for performance raises, bonuses & incentives assigned based on performance. This position is not for someone who does not want to learn or do things outside of their core competencies. A willingness to learn and “dig in” is essential for success in this position and will be rewarded handsomely for that success.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and audit internal trackers, ATS records, client submission data, and recruitment activity reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review recruiter submissions and candidate profiles for quality, formatting, duplication, compliance, and alignment with client requirements before sharing with clients.
- Monitor recruiter productivity metrics including CV submissions, interviews scheduled, closures, pipeline movement, turnaround time, and tracker updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management highlighting recruiter performance, delivery gaps, client activity, and operational insights.
- Coordinate with recruiters and account stakeholders to ensure timely updates on candidate status, interview schedules, offer management, and client feedback.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, missing data, reporting inconsistencies, and process gaps, while proactively recommending improvements.
- Support account management activities by maintaining organized client records, submission histories, hiring trackers, and communication logs.
- Ensure all client trackers and ATS systems are updated in real time with accurate candidate and status information.
- Assist leadership in maintaining accountability across teams through structured follow-ups, audit checks, and reporting discipline.
- Analyse hiring trends, recruiter efficiency, and delivery performance to help improve overall team productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Work cross-functionally with recruiters, operations, and leadership teams to support business goals and client delivery timelines.
- Take ownership of assigned operational and reporting tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas that improve workflow efficiency, reporting accuracy, and delivery quality.
- Support ad hoc operational, analytical, and administrative tasks required for smooth business functioning.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on responsibilities outside core job functions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree preferred in technical field
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of proven experience in Recruitment operations or coordinator role in a Recruitment Industry.
- 3+ years recruiting, screening, and managing the hiring process for clients in IT & Non IT Industry
- 2+ years auditing CV to match client requirements
- 3+ years of data tracking through analytics and MIS reporting
- 2+ years of experience in working with job portals, ATS and conducting online interviews etc
- 1+ year of experience in team management or managing
- 1+ years of experience in working on productivity enhancement reports & analysis.
- Ability in managing multiple projects and workflows simultaneously
- Preference will be given to candidates who share love for Dogs and would like to contribute to make their lives better in meaningful ways through company initiatives
Expected Work Calendar:
- Monday to Friday 9:30am-6:30pm
- India Holiday Schedule
- Occasional weekend or extended work to interview candidates, and work with US management.
