The Role

• Take responsibility within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Concept and realise complex and versatile software projects working closely with clients.
• Actively participate in agile software development processes including daily scrums, client reviews, and retrospectives.
• Design and iteratively implement long-lasting software architectures.
• Employ DevOps methodologies to quickly deliver value to end-users and gather feedback.
• Coach less experienced colleagues, helping them grow into Senior Software Engineers.

What You'll Need

• Several years of practical experience in software development.
• Strong German and English skills (minimum C1 level) for clear team and partner communication.
• Broad understanding of technology and concepts, with a keen eye for current developments.
• A commitment to high quality, including unit tests, code reviews, clean code, design patterns, refactoring, and modular architectures.
• Eagerness to work on challenging architectural questions with your team and stakeholders.
• Openness to "AI for Software Engineering" and enthusiasm for integrating tools like Claude Code, Open Code, and GitHub CoPilot.
