Position Description/roles and responsibilities for AEM Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Develop reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using HTL, Sling Models, and OSGi services.
• Implement and maintain integrations with external systems and APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Work with AEM Sites, Assets, and related Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.
• Customize and configure AEM workflows, dispatcher rules, and content structures based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and AEM best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and deployment-related problems.
• Support CI/CD processes and work with Cloud Manager pipelines in AEM as a Cloud Service environment.
• Optimize application performance, caching strategies, and page load experience.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimations, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
