SAP SuccessFactors Test Automation Lead

The Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Test Automation Lead to drive automation strategy and delivery across major HR transformation programs.

This role will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of automation frameworks within SuccessFactors environments, ensuring high-quality releases across complex integrations and business-critical processes.

You’ll work closely with program stakeholders, business SMEs, and delivery teams to embed a pragmatic, risk-based, automation-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead test automation strategy for SAP SuccessFactors programs
• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca
• Drive automation-first testing approaches across SIT, UAT, and regression cycles
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to prioritise high-value test coverage
• Integrate Tosca automation into CI/CD pipelines where applicable
• Lead and mentor automation engineers and broader test teams
• Provide clear, executive-level reporting on quality, coverage, and risk
• Ensure alignment with broader test governance and quality frameworks
• Support data validation and integration testing across SuccessFactors and downstream systems

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience leading test automation in SAP SuccessFactors environments
• Mandatory: Strong hands-on expertise in Tricentis Tosca (framework design, implementation, and scaling)
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning)
• Experience testing across integrated landscapes (SAP, payroll, finance, third-party systems)
• Strong knowledge of test lifecycle, environments, and release management
• Experience with data migration and validation testing
• Ability to implement risk-based testing strategies
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills — able to operate at both delivery and executive level
