- This high-priority role supports the RECON team within CNO, focusing on technical solutions that deliver immediate operational impact
- You will operate in a highly collaborative capacity across multiple product teams to design and implement mission-critical systems
- As part of a small team, you will work to establish end-to-end prototypes, develop requirements, and contribute to existing and new systems to improve infrastructure cognizance
- This will include working directly with mission stakeholders to rapidly iterate on requirements, with the goal of delivering deployable solutions and necessary scripting support quickly.
- Understand the customers’ mission, collaborate with team members, gather user requirements, and quickly develop solutions.
- Independently drive feature development taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle
- Integrate with, and contribute to, a diverse set of teams, systems, and technology stacks
- Design and create reliable, intuitive user interfaces and workflows
- Develop cutting-edge solutions for data visualizations, task automation, and workflow enhancements
- Possess an active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship
- Professional/Education experience: 12 years & Bachelors of Science Degree, or 4 additional years in place of a BS Degree.
- Works well independently as well as on a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Technology flexibility, demonstrated by experience developing across the stack (UI/UX, middleware/API, back-end, and DevOps), and a willingness to use any necessary technology to achieve the solution
- Experience developing with at least one UI framework (React, Vue, Angular)
- Experience writing scripts and services in Python
- RESTful web application experience using both Spring Boot and Python
- Familiarity with Relational Databases (Postgres, SQLite, etc.)
- Familiarity with GitLab (CI/CD)
- Prior CNO experience
- Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary Range: The salary range for this full-time position is $200,000 to $280,000. Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, skills, professional experience, relevant education and certifications. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for this position across our projects. Within the range, your salary is determined by your individual benefits package selection. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred position during the hiring process. SIGN-ON BONUS ELIGIBLE.
