Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of technical objectives with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
• Experience in developing web applications using the Model-View-Controller architectural pattern.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to complement backend development.
• Ability to work with relational databases and write efficient queries.
• Experience in implementing RESTful services and integrating third-party APIs.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
