Location: Onsite 4 days/week, Greenwood Village, CO 80111

Job Type: 6 month contract, extensions likely, perm possible

Pay Rate: $55-$65/hour

Job Description: The Software Engineer III will be joining the AI Enablement platform team at a large telecommunications company in Greenwood Village, CO 80111. The Software Engineer III should be well versed in the nuances of AI developer harnesses like Claude Code, Kiro, Codex and will contribute to the company's extension sharing platform amongst other things.

Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 5- 10 years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience

-Strong AI context/harness engineering experience and knowledge of AI coding tools

-5+ years of full stack development experience

-Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages (prefers TypeScript, Python)

-Has to be able to be an evangelist - strong interpersonal and communications skills, do demos, run hack a thons

-Experience with data analysis/reporting
