We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, integration, and support of business-critical enterprise applications. This role is 80% hands-on development / 20% business analysis, focused on solutions built on the Microsoft technology stack, including Dynamics 365, .NET/C#, Azure, Dataverse, and Power Platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications and integrations
  • Build solutions using Dynamics 365, .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, REST APIs, Azure services
  • Develop and support Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Lead architecture discussions and promote development standards and best practices
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Git-based source control
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards
  • Participate in documentation, code reviews, system upgrades, and modernization initiatives
  • Provide 24/7 production support as needed


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4–6+ years of enterprise software development experience
  • Strong expertise with .NET, C#, SQL Server, REST APIs
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse development/admin
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Service Bus preferred)
  • Knowledge of Agile, SDLC, DevOps, source control, and CI/CD practices
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications via APIs and cloud-based patterns
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience preferred


Compensation: Up to $130,000 annually

Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
