As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous collaboration to meet project goals and timelines effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
• Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
• Strong understanding of scalable architecture design and microservices.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud infrastructure performance.
• Knowledge of security best practices within cloud environments.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
