• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives and technical standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing integration flows and APIs within cloud environments.
• Ability to work with various integration patterns and middleware technologies to connect diverse systems.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing integration processes to enhance performance and reliability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
