About the Role

This is an on‑site engineering role in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, working directly with elite engineers, AI researchers, and product innovators.

You will help build a predictive, emotionally responsive mobile interface designed for complex, high‑stakes domains like mortgage lending and financial services. Unlike traditional systems that rely solely on empirical data, our AI is engineered to:

• Detect and interpret emotional states
• Adapt workflows dynamically based on user sentiment
• Deliver personalized, intuitive, human‑centered experiences

You’ll architect systems that blend deep learning, scalable infrastructure, and ethical AI, with the freedom to innovate and the rigor to deliver commercial-grade products.
