Senior Adobe Target Developer

Digital Banking is proposing to backfill a Senior Adobe Target Developer. The position will continue to drive development abilities to scale, operate efficiently, and deliver consistent customer-focused outcomes for Digital Banking. The Senior Adobe Target Developer enables disciplined experimentation and personalization across digital channels, allowing the bank to improve engagement and conversion through data-driven optimization without impacting performance or compliance. This individual will also work on communication template contents supporting product growth, improving customer experience, and ensuring digital platforms scale reliably.

Role Overview

The Senior Adobe Target Developer will own personalization, experimentation, and optimization initiatives across digital banking channels. This role is responsible for implementing and scaling Adobe Target solutions to drive customer engagement, conversion, and experience personalization while ensuring performance, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Adobe Platform Expertise

•Implement Target experience using Activities, including A/B tests, multivariate tests, and rule-based personalization for optimal digital banking experience.

•Integrate Target mobile SDK, mbox functions, at.js, web beacon, Target server logic, web application and native mobile apps.

•Data integration with user profile scripts, and audience definitions based on behavioral, contextual, and model-driven data integration with Azure data services.

•Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Analytics, and AEM to drive unified customer experiences.

•Configure analytics tracking using Adobe Launch or Ensighten tag management integration.

•Build and maintain tracking data schema for banking flow journeys (account creation, authentication, transfers, bill pay, deposits, etc.)

•Conduct data-driven insights, test result interpretation, and recommend next-step experiments or personalization strategies.

•Ensure accuracy of analytics data and collaborate with data teams to interpret user behavior and experiment results.

Front-End Development Skills

•Implement front-end test variations using modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REACT frameworks to support SPA architecture in Online Banking.

•Build reusable personalization components and test templates to increase experimentation velocity.

•Development solutions such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio, and web console debugger and data proxy tools such as Fiddler, Charles, and Selenium Web Driver

•Collaborate with mobile and web engineers to develop reuseable content modules and integrate Target experience seamlessly without disrupting core banking functionality.

Back-End Integration Skills

•Hands-on development experience in web application and mobile SDK development, support backend REST API integration services in digital banking, fintech and enterprise-scale platforms.

•Strong proficiency in Java, REACT, Dynamic JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Accessibility, and web & app data model.

•Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

•Knowledge of personalization strategies, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven optimization.

•Background working with mobile apps, hybrid apps, or progressive web apps.
