You’ll work closely with the founder and wider team across:
• Campaigns & launches
• Organic & social strategy
• Creator partnerships
• Product storytelling
• Retail marketing
• Brand development
• Customer experience
The ideal person:
✔ Thinks strategically and creatively
✔ Understands premium consumer brands - B2C within retail/fashion
✔ Knows how paid, organic, creators, email, retail, and e-commerce all connect together
✔ Has strong taste and attention to detail
✔ Thrives in fast-moving environments
✔ Wants genuine ownership and impact
📍 Preferred location: Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland OR United Kingdom
(Remote with occasional travel to HQ — flexible for the right UK/ROI candidate)
💰 Salary: £50,000–£60,000/€57,000 - €69,000 + performance bonus
There’s also a strong pathway toward a future Head of Brand position as the business continues to scale.
