The Role

• Lead the planning and execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns across Paid Social (Meta), Paid Search (PPC), SEO, and PR channels.
• Take full ownership of performance metrics, monitoring CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPB (Cost Per Booking), and conversion rates to maximize ROI.
• Manage external agency relationships, ensuring all creative assets and media spend align with brand standards and commercial targets.
• Collaborate with on-site property teams to execute hyper-local marketing initiatives, events, and community partnerships.
• Manage significant marketing budgets and provide detailed reporting on campaign effectiveness to senior stakeholders.

• Proven experience in a Campaign Manager or Performance Marketing role, ideally within Property, Hospitality, or Lifestyle sectors.
• Deep understanding of the full digital mix including Paid Media, Social Media marketing, and SEO strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets through tools like Google Analytics and Excel to drive decision-making.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple high-stakes project timelines simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
