Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive market adoption of Selution SLR in the UK.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, radiologists, hospital procurement teams, and distributors.
- Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and clinical value of Selution SLR through product presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on training.
- Work closely with regulatory, clinical, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in market access and product positioning.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and support clinical studies and trials to strengthen the evidence base for Selution SLR.
- Drive tender submissions, pricing negotiations, and reimbursement discussions to secure commercial contracts.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience in the medical device industry, preferably in interventional cardiology, peripheral vascular, or endovascular products.
- Strong knowledge of drug-coated balloon (DCB) technologies, stents, and related vascular intervention solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and selling innovative medical technologies in a competitive market.
- Experience working with NHS procurement processes, hospital tenders, and reimbursement frameworks.
- Ability to build strong relationships with KOLs, hospital decision-makers, and distribution partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the UK.
