Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Beverly, MA. The Account Manager will build and maintain relationships with clients, provide staffing solutions, and ensure client satisfaction with services. Responsibilities also include managing project timelines, collaborating with internal teams, identifying client needs, and delivering exceptional service to support compliance-critical and high-stakes work for clients.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management and Account Management experience
• Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving
• Experience with Project Coordination and managing multiple priorities effectively
• Knowledge of staffing and recruitment processes, particularly for regulated industries
• Proficiency with CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries is a plus
• Proven ability to deliver excellent client service and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
