The opportunity


The Backend Software Developer will design, build, and maintain backend services and data-driven applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring/logging/alerting (ELK, Prometheus/Grafana) and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance (encryption, auditing, RBAC, data masking).
  • Automated testing awareness (unit/integration/regression).
  • Willingness to join on‑call rotations and incident response.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as application developer in IT projects
  • Strong proficiency in writing database queries, stored procedures, and using SQL, including DML and DDL.
  • Good in Python and C#/.NET.
  • Familiar with CI/CD practices and source control (Git, Jira, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
  • Able to use English effectively as a working language, including reading, writing, and participating in meeting.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Insurance / compliance services experience is a plus
  • Cloud experience (Azure or AWS) preferred.
