Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help us understand how markets and economies work—and codify that understanding into systems. You will design and build algorithms that generate market views, translate those views into portfolios, and execute trades. Each piece of investment logic is owned by an engineer who becomes a domain expert, holds the full system model in their head, and continuously evolves the system as our investment understanding deepens.

You will spearhead the design and delivery of AI‑driven solutions tailored to investment workflows, leveraging open LLMs and regionally accessible models and toolchains.

Required experience:

• 2+ years building and launching LLM‑powered applications with open or locally available models.
• Proficiency with modular AI frameworks for pipeline composition, agent orchestration, and memory integration.
• Hands‑on experience architecting retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems using vector search stores for precise information retrieval.
• Advanced prompt engineering in both Chinese and English – applying few‑shot, zero‑shot, and chain‑of‑thought techniques with rapid iteration.
• Familiarity with context protocols (e.g., Model Context Protocol) to standardize LLM integrations with external data sources and tools.
