Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow form design and configuration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and UI scripting within ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Understanding of ServiceNow data model and relationships.
- Experience with Flow Designer and low-code/no-code tools.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Now Assist and GenAI Capabilities with ServiceNow.

- Design and develop custom forms using ServiceNow Studio and Form Designer.
- Implement client scripts, UI policies, and business rules to enhance form behavior.
- Configure form layouts, views, and related lists to improve usability.
- Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional form designs.
- Ensure forms are accessible, responsive, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
- Perform testing, debugging, and documentation of form configurations.
- Support upgrades and troubleshoot form-related issues.
- Strong Knowledge of Now Assist and ServiceNow GenAI Capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, engineering, or a related field.
- Technical certifications: VMware VCP, AWS Certified SA, Azure Administrator Associate.
- Minimum 4-year experience working in System Administrator Information Technology roles.
- Minimum 1 year exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
