ServiceNow ITSM/CSM Developer (f/m/x)

Join a project for one of the leading construction and real estate companies operating in the Swiss and German markets. The organization is responsible for the development of modern infrastructure, the construction of residential and commercial buildings and the implementation of advanced infrastructure projects, including tunnels.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support the development and modernization of the ServiceNow platform, with a particular focus on the ITSM and enterprise integration areas.

Your tasks

• Development and configuration of solutions on the ServiceNow platform in the ITSM area and further support for CSM modules
• Development and maintenance of backend components using JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes and Business Rules
• Migration of existing processes from Workflow Editor to a modern architecture based on Flow Designer
• Designing scalable flows and subflows according to best practices and naming standards
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems, including SAP and IntegrationHub
• Collaborate with administrators, Product Owners and business teams to design and implement solutions using fluent English skills

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer in the area of platform development and configuration
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow technologies, including Glide APIs, Script Includes and Business Rules
• Expertise with Flow Designer, flow creation, subflows and process automation
• Proficiency in working with ITSM modules, particularly Incident, Request, Change and Service Catalog
• Working with REST/SOAP, MID Server and IntegrationHub integrations in an enterprise environment
• Possession of ServiceNow CAD and CIS ITSM certification or other related ServiceNow certification.
• Residence in Poland required and fluency in the Polish language
