About the Role

As a Software Engineer specializing in Intelligent Automation & Agent Systems, you will architect and build a next-generation automation platform that redefines how finance operations are executed. This role sits at the intersection of AI, distributed systems, and enterprise finance-creating scalable, multi-tenant agent systems that operate directly within ERP environments. Your work will shape the foundation of an emerging product, influencing both technical direction and long-term platform evolution.

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong Python engineering skills with clean, scalable backend design
• Proven experience in browser automation or UI-driven testing frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer, or similar)
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, async processing, and orchestration
• Experience designing multi-tenant systems with secure credential management and audit trails
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and building agentic or tool-based workflows
• Ability to design systems from the ground up and contribute to architecture decisions
• Strong written communication for documentation and async collaboration

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP
• Exposure to multimodal or advanced LLM applications
• Background in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or accounting platforms
• Experience with Docker, AWS, and secrets management tools
• Prior work on configurable or low-code automation platforms

Responsibilities

• Design and build an agentic automation platform leveraging browser-based AI to operate ERP systems
• Architect core platform components including runtime engine, configuration layers, and monitoring systems
• Develop reusable and configurable automation "skills" adaptable across client environments
• Design and maintain secure multi-tenant architecture with full isolation and auditability
• Implement robust error handling, retry logic, and diagnostic capabilities for automation workflows
• Collaborate on technology strategy, infrastructure decisions, and product roadmap direction
• Support client onboarding by translating ERP configurations into scalable automation logic
• Continuously enhance system reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency
