About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Audio Signal Processing & ML Engineer with +7 years of experience who will refine and build a music analysis tool that transforms it into a movie in real time, and above all, has whatever it takes to become a real OOVIE. One important requirement: you should be able to work with flexibility in a hybrid environment.

Hard Skills

• Signal processing background and time frequency analysis
• Feature extraction from audio signal
• Temporal models and ML understanding.
• Join R&D sessions where bugs, ideas, and magic all happen together.
• Work directly with the co-founders on product direction, roadmap, and technical choices.
• Owning the entire tech stack and the core parts of the audio → AI → video pipeline that drives our solution (nice to have).

Soft Skills

• Doer mindset.
• Product brain: you connect code to audience/users.
• Reliable and close attention to detail.
• Authority and people management skills.
• Clear communicator.
• Music or cinema knowledge or interested is a plus
• Fluent in English; Italian/German/French are a plus.
