We’re hiring Senior Software Engineers to help shape the future of our platform. Rather than hiring for a single team upfront, we match engineers to the highest-impact areas based on their strengths and interests during the process.
Senior engineers here go beyond implementation — they own product outcomes, influence technical direction, and help raise the bar across the team. While the role is backend-leaning, engineers are expected to work across the stack when needed.
You’ll work on systems that operate at scale, power critical user workflows, and directly impact core business metrics.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build scalable systems serving large, growing user bases
- Contribute to architecture and technical roadmap decisions
- Own features end-to-end, from design through production and iteration
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and cross-functional teams
- Mentor other engineers and elevate engineering standards
- Improve development processes and contribute to team-wide best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong technical foundation (experience with modern backend and/or full-stack systems)
- Experience building and operating production systems at scale
- Proficiency in at least one major backend language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, especially in written form
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern web stacks (e.g., React, cloud infrastructure, relational databases)
- Product-oriented mindset with a focus on user and business impact
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
