An AI-native startup is rebuilding critical infrastructure within institutional finance using modern AI systems, automation, and scalable software. Backed by experienced founders from finance and technology, the team is tackling a legacy industry with huge market opportunity and strong early momentum.

This is an opportunity to join as one of the first engineering hires, working directly with the founders and CTO to build the platform from zero to one.

The Role

You’ll help design and build the core product across frontend, backend, APIs, and data systems. This is a highly hands-on role with significant ownership, fast iteration cycles, and direct influence on product and technical direction.

What You’ll Do

• Build full-stack product features from concept to production
• Develop scalable frontend, backend, and API systems
• Work closely with founders on product direction and execution
• Help shape architecture, tooling, and engineering best practices
• Contribute to AI-powered workflows and automation systems
• Collaborate directly with users to build impactful features

What You’ll Bring

• Strong TypeScript and full-stack development skills
• Experience building products end-to-end
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-moving environments
• Strong product mindset and communication skills
• Experience with AI/LLMs
• AWS or cloud infrastructure experience
• Startup or founding engineer background
