What You'll Do
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform for our Employee Center.
- Build and enhance capabilities across Employee Center, WSD, HAM, HRSD, ITSM, and SAM.
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI components, catalog items, integrations, and custom applications.
- Design and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, and related web technologies.
- Collaborate with product owners, process leads, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.
- Support backlog refinement, prioritization, solution design, and release planning.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment support, and performance optimization.
- Ensure solutions align with ITIL principles, governance standards, and security expectations.
- 4–6 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in hands-on ServiceNow development in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong ServiceNow platform development and configuration experience.
- Experience in one or more modules Employee Center, WSD, HAM, HRSD, ITSM, and SAM.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, and modern web technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile teams with product owners and business stakeholders.
- Exposure to HR platforms such as Workday or other enterprise employee systems.
- Interest in broader product ownership beyond core development.
