This is an excellent opportunity for a senior, hands-on engineer to work on complex, real-world challenges while contributing to the development of next-generation AI products at scale.

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that power core AI applications
• Apply advanced techniques including large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to solve complex problems
• Translate business and product requirements into scalable machine learning solutions
• Continuously evaluate, optimise, and improve models based on real-world performance and feedback
• Build and manage data pipelines to ensure high-quality, reliable data for model development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions

Discover the Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or data science roles
• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Experience working with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar
• Experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
• Strong programming skills in Python (or similar), with solid software engineering fundamentals
• Proven ability to deliver scalable, real-world AI solutions with measurable impact
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field preferred
