Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Skill Requirements Specializes in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) using Matillion ETL tool. Specializes in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) using DBT ETL tool. Experience in Snowflake based data warehouse. Azure Data Services such as ADLS, SQL Server (managed and non-managed). Good understanding on latest trends and best practices in ETL/ELT. Hands-on working experience in Data warehouse project and understand Star Schema &  Snowflaking models, Normalization, Denormalization, Aggregations, Data quality, etc. concepts. Working experience in Health Insurance domain. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $69,000 per year 

Pay Range Maximum: $177,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
