Your contributions are…

• Lead projects from inception through delivery, including problem decomposition, design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
• Engage with mission stakeholders to elicit requirements and develop effective technical solutions
• Collaborate with software engineers to test workflows, identify issues, and implement solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to understand and address real-world reverse engineering challenges
• Navigate complex technical challenges and drive solutions to completion

Requirements For Your New Career…

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
• 12 years of experience in software development
• Production-grade software development experience in Python
• Experience developing AI systems and customizing AI/ML models
• Practical experience working with platforms that process large or mission-relevant datasets
• Experience using version control systems such as Git and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence
• Experience working directly with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages

Salary range: $170,000 - $240,000
